Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, product launches, or promotions.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Any estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

  • Amarro is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • If tracking shows “delivered,” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.

International Orders

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are your responsibilityand are not included in the order total at checkout.

  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

  • It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect from the carrier, may be reshipped at your expense.

  • If you choose not to have the order reshipped, you may be eligible for a refund minus original shipping costs (subject to our Refund Policy).

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
