Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delivery & Risk of Loss

Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Amarro is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

If tracking shows “delivered,” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.
International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are your responsibilityand are not included in the order total at checkout.

Customs clearance may cause additional delays outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect from the carrier, may be reshipped at your expense.

If you choose not to have the order reshipped, you may be eligible for a refund minus original shipping costs (subject to our Refund Policy).
Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
